Did you go for a walk with a cousin, your parents or a sibling over the Christmas holiday? Crisp snow, cozy beanies, and family is a good combination. I wonder if next year we can cancel the book exchange and just go for one extra walk. The book exchange is a great way to think of each other, but an impromptu walk is the best.
You know how some moments you feel like you are going to cherish forever? A walk with family tends to feel like that. People talk softer, everyone relaxes, your senses open up to hear the coyotes howl, your boots squish the snow and the conversation flows. That is when we catch up and hear each other.
